Tohirbek Otaqulov

I work as a Lead Specialist in the Microservices Development Department at UZINFOCOM. My main focus is building stable, secure, and scalable backend systems using Golang, PHP, TypeScript, and microservices architecture. I have solid experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and gRPC, enabling me to develop efficient technical solutions for high-reliability and high-performance services.

I am currently working on the backend development and maintenance of the my.gov.uz platform. I have practical experience in designing, optimizing, and ensuring the stability of high-load services used by more than 12 million users across national e-government systems.

I graduated from TUIT (TATU) with a degree in Computer and Information Technologies. Before joining UZINFOCOM, I contributed to backend development at Merit Chemicals.

Solving complex technical challenges, collaborating effectively within a team, and continuously deepening my knowledge of modern backend technologies are my core professional priorities.
