I am a Business Development Manager at Kibera Technology LLC, supporting international consulting, engineering, ICT, GIS and development organizations pursuing and delivering IFI-funded assignments in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.

My work combines business development, tender intelligence, proposal support and hands-on project coordination. I manage a pipeline of 25+ opportunities, coordinate expressions of interest and technical and financial proposals, maintain a structured database of 100+ national and international experts, and support consortium and subcontract arrangements with international consulting firms.

I also coordinate multidisciplinary national teams working on World Bank/AIIB-financed urban development assignments across Samarkand Oblast, Karakalpakstan and Khorezm. My responsibilities include expert mobilisation, data-collection planning, stakeholder coordination, deliverable tracking and quality control.
